Position Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist for the Operations team, responsible for providing professional and solution-oriented service to Rafa Nadal Residence guests, managing check-in/out, billing, collections, and incidents. Support in reservation management and customer service **We are looking to hire a Receptionist to strengthen our Operations team.** Your mission will be to deliver professional and solution-oriented service to Rafa Nadal Residence guests, managing check-in/check-out, billing, collections, and incidents. What will you do upon joining the team? * Perform check-in and check-out procedures for Rafa Nadal Residence guests. * Handle billing and collections for reservations, as well as resolve potential collection issues. * Conduct daily cash reconciliation and cash control. * Attend to guest requests during their stay and strive to fulfill them to the best possible extent. * Support reservation management, including group and event bookings. * Coordinate room changes and handle any related issues with the Housekeeping Manager. * Prepare reports/lists upon request from departments. * Manage parcel handling. * Archive documentation. * Manage availability reports. * Handle minor guest complaints or incidents. * Support the SPORT DESK team regarding adult programs. * Assist in managing Syltec to inform guests of court numbers and rentals for both internal and external users. * Manage lost-and-found items. * Review tasks completed by the team. * Upselling/Cross-selling. * Promote satisfaction surveys. What do we value in this position? * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are valued. * Prior experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is desirable.
