Position Summary: **Position Summary:** As a Valet, you will be a key part of our guests’ experience, ensuring cleanliness, order, and maintenance of rooms and common areas with a proactive and adaptable attitude. Your mission will be to anticipate needs, ensure an impeccable environment, and reflect Aethos values in every detail. ### **Responsibilities** * Clean and prepare rooms and common areas according to Aethos quality standards. * Restock amenities (toiletries) and linens to ensure everything is ready for a unique stay. * Replenish storerooms with linens and amenities for guest rooms. * Keep the storeroom area spotless, organized, and clean. * Handle guest requests promptly and empathetically, ensuring a memorable experience. * Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and maintain harmony within the department. * Provide support in other areas as needed based on hotel operational demands. * Monitor facility conditions and report issues for prompt resolution. * Always respect and comply with hygiene and safety protocols. ### **Requirements** * Must have availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to the hotel’s operational needs. * Previous experience in similar roles will be positively valued. * High levels of dynamism, proactivity, and willingness are required to ensure service excellence and contribute to a positive work environment.
