Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Section Manager for the Food & Beverage department, whose primary mission will be to organize, coordinate, and supervise a specific area or section of the dining room service, ensuring excellent guest service and compliance with the company’s quality and service standards. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise service within the assigned section (restaurant, buffet, terrace, bar, or other outlets). * Coordinate and assign tasks to waitstaff and section assistants. * Supervise guest service, ensuring professional and efficient delivery. * Resolve incidents, complaints, or guest requests within the assigned section. * Ensure proper setup and breakdown of tables and service areas. * Coordinate with the Maître and Deputy Maître to ensure smooth service operations. * Collaborate with the kitchen department to guarantee service flow and timing. * Ensure compliance with quality, presentation, and service protocol standards. * Supervise adherence to hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Support training and performance follow-up of direct reports. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a Section Manager, Rank Manager, or Waiter/Waitress with supervisory responsibilities. * Knowledge of dining room operations and guest service in high-volume settings. * Strong organizational and team coordination skills. * Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Advanced level of English. * German language skills are a plus. **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing hotel chain. * Positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
