




At **Hotel La Perdiz**, we are looking to incorporate a **Hotel Receptionist** into our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of **English** is mandatory. * Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management systems (PMS). **Responsibilities:** * Perform guest **check-in and check-out**. * Provide in-person, telephone, and email customer service. * Manage and monitor **reservations**. * Monitor occupancy rates and assist with room assignments. * Resolve incidents promptly and proactively. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. **Professional Profile:** We seek a candidate with well-developed interpersonal skills, capable of creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the very first contact with guests.
