This Position reports to: HR Business Partner **Your Role and Responsibilities** As we form ABB Robotics, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation, where Talent Acquisition is the growth engine powering our technology future. By joining us as a Talent Partner, you will help shape the workforce that will drive our next stage of technology\-led growth. This is a unique moment to build something new \- working alongside passionate experts in a fast\-moving, highly collaborative carve\-out environment. In this role, you will operate as a strategic advisor to the business, directly supporting local HRBPs within your Cluster while working under the functional guidance of our Head of TA. You will lead each recruitment as a structured project—ensuring clarity, pace, and excellence at every step—while helping the business secure the talent needed to fuel innovation and scale. Work model: \#LI\-hybrid Key stakeholders include hiring managers, Cluster leadership teams, the Global TA community, HRBPs and HR Operations. You will be mainly accountable for: Your primary responsibility is to enable and empower hiring managers — facilitating every step of the recruitment process and ensuring each search is executed with excellence, consistency, and measurable results. * Drive recruitment as a structured project: Own every hire with clarity, pace, and quality, guiding managers through the process and ensuring an exceptional end\-to\-end candidate journey. * Champion process excellence: Set consistent standards, ensure accurate data, and drive continuous improvements. * Advise with impact: Partner closely with HRBPs and managers to deliver smart, aligned hiring outcomes, while bringing curiosity and a hands\-on mindset to initiatives that strengthen both local and global teams. * Deliver market intelligence: Provide timely insights that empower leaders, and the broader people function to act decisively across the Cluster market, while mastering the art of identifying, engaging, and securing top talent to fuel our growth. * Be the catalyst for lasting value: Success will be measured by various indicators focusing on agility, collaboration, and lasting organizational growth. Being part of our team means your work matters \- because the progress we make here creates real impact out there. **Qualifications for the Role** * 2\-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR; Masters’ degree in or equivalent * Solid experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, ideally within technology, robotics, engineering, or other fast\-paced innovation\-driven industries * A proven track record of running recruitment as a project \- ensuring structure, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery in complex or transformation\-oriented environments * Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern TA tools and platforms, with the ability to adapt quickly within a growing digital ecosystem * Hands\-on, proactive, and results\-focused mindset – comfortable operating with pace, change, and ambiguity in a carve\-out context * Excellent relationship\-building and advisory skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and provide clear, data\-driven insights * Fluent in Spanish, and ideally Italian as well as excellent English skills **What’s in it for you?** We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
