Your mission As Site Manager Assistant, you will work closely with the site management team to ensure the project progresses on time, within quality standards, and on budget. You will have the opportunity to participate in all project phases and learn from top-level professionals. **Your main responsibilities include:** Supervise, together with the site manager, the project's economic control. Monitor deadlines, proposing adjustments and rescheduling when necessary. Contribute to ensuring execution quality. Support coordination of work teams and suppliers. **Desired skills and qualifications:** What we need from you: Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Surveying, or Building Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential building projects. Ability to work in a team, organize tasks, and maintain clear communication with all involved parties. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
