We are looking for a Store Manager in Mallorca for our SP Manacor store, responsible for the following functions: * Manage, train, and coordinate the store team to ensure achievement of objectives. * Implement and manage company procedures and policies (sales and customer service, merchandise, personnel, training, product placement in-store, and cash management). * Ensure achievement of key store management indicators (sales, turnover, margins, customer satisfaction, and budgets). Requirements: * Higher vocational education qualification. * Minimum 1 year’s experience in store and team management. * Passion for fashion or sportswear. * Problem-solving individuals with analytical capabilities.
