It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 80 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts requires Kitchen Assistants to work at our hotel, Catalonia Majorica. MAIN TASKS: \- Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. \- Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. \- Perform periodic cleanings as established in the cleaning plan. \- Handle food in compliance with current regulations. \- Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues accordingly. \- Collaborate in the execution of menus and menu cards. \- Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of products assigned to you. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS: \- Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. \- Proactivity and dynamism. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. ### **Offer** WHAT WE OFFER: \- 30-hour contract (evening/night shift) / 40-hour contract (morning shift) \- Competitive salary. \- Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company. **HOSPITALITY CONNECTION BARCELONA SL** --------------------------------------- * Barcelona * Human Resources
