The main responsibility will be technical procurement management, with particular focus on procurement, renewal, and contracts related to ground support equipment (GSE) fleets and operational vehicles. **Main Responsibilities:** * End-to-end management of technical procurement, with fleet (GSE and vehicles) as the primary category. * Planning and execution of procurement processes for handling equipment, vehicles, and auxiliary machinery. * Negotiation with suppliers, manufacturers, and certified technical service providers. * Management of supply, maintenance, leasing, and renting contracts related to the fleet. * Cost analysis, budgeting, and optimization of fleet TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). * Coordination with operations and maintenance teams to define technical and operational requirements. * Monitoring of procurement and fleet KPIs (costs, availability, lifespan). * Participation in fleet renewal, standardization, and electrification projects. * Ensuring compliance with airport, safety, and environmental regulations. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a leading company in airport handling services. * A strategic role within the procurement department, with direct impact on operations. * A stable project with long-term prospects and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Social benefits and specific training in the airport environment. **Requirements:** --------------- * Engineering degree (Industrial, Organization, Mechanical or similar). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical procurement, including management of technical categories or fleet. * Experience in negotiation and contractual management with technical suppliers. * Analytical capability and experience in budgetary control. * Proficiency in Excel and procurement / asset management ERPs. * Structured profile with ability to liaise effectively with technical and operational departments. * Prior experience in airport handling, GSE, or regulated industrial environments is desirable.
