We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** to join our team at the **Playacartaya Spa Hotel in Huelva**! **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Plan and place orders based on occupancy, forecasts, events, historical consumption, and established policies, optimizing the allocated budget. * Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking, stockouts, and product expirations. * Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, signage, and hygiene and safety standards. * Conduct periodic physical inventories, reconcile them with the system, and participate in corporate inventories and audits. * Identify, record, and justify losses, breakages, expirations, and stock discrepancies, implementing corrective measures. * Prepare and distribute internal orders to various hotel departments according to established criteria. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, directly assuming operational duties in the absence of an assistant. **What are we looking for in you?** * Medium or higher vocational qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management (preferably in hospitality or similar industries). * Food handler’s certificate and forklift operator’s license. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Leadership, organizational, accuracy, and effective communication skills. **What do we offer you?** * **Fixed-term discontinuous contract.** * **Full-time working hours.** * A stable, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. * Real opportunities for growth and continuous training. * Special benefits and discounts at our establishments. **If you identify with our values** – service orientation, commitment, teamwork, quality, adaptability, and social responsibility – **this is the place for you!** *Senator Hotels \& Resorts, committed to equal opportunities, has implemented initiatives to eliminate stereotypical gender associations with certain roles, aiming for gender parity across the entire organization — join our team!*
