We are seeking to hire a Construction Site Manager – Building Sector – Public Works in Palma de Mallorca (Llucmajor). Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all phases of building construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. * Efficiently manage both human and material resources to ensure successful project execution. * Effectively coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams involved in the project. * Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards throughout all project phases. * Maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders, including clients and suppliers. * Accurately document and report detailed progress of the construction work. Minimum Requirements: * Solid skills and knowledge required to perform duties as a Construction Site Manager. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in building construction projects as a Site Manager. * Commitment to continuous availability from the start of the project until its completion and handover.
