F2511254 **Number of vacancies: 1** We are looking for a Communications Technician to work on a stable project with an open\-ended contract, for a client in Mallorca. **Functions** * Manage and maintain the corporate LAN infrastructure, ensuring its availability, performance, and security. * Manage and configure firewalls and perimeter security solutions based on Fortinet, Cisco or Aruba, applying access policies and network segmentation. * Monitor the network using management tools such as Cisco Prime, DCNM, DNA Center, ISE, Stealthwatch, CACTI, Airwave, ClearPass, FortiAnalyzer or FortiManager, using those that apply to the customer's environment. * Perform configuration, updating and maintenance of switches, routers and access points, ensuring the correct operation of network services. * Monitor network status, detect incidents, analyze alerts, and apply corrective actions to ensure optimal infrastructure performance. * Manage security policies, VLANs, QoS, and other advanced configurations necessary for operational continuity. * Document procedures, configurations and actions on the network, keeping the technical information of the environment up to date. * Collaborate with systems and security teams to resolve incidents and design new network solutions. * Participate in projects to improve, expand or renew communications infrastructure. * Ensure compliance with good practices and security standards in corporate networks. **Requirements** * LAN and Firewall Administration.
