Your Impact and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be the driving force behind the execution of our projects across the islands, responsible for: * **End-to-end project management:** Overseeing the technical and financial execution of construction projects from inception to completion. * **Team leadership:** Coordinating and motivating the local team of technical professionals. * **Resource management:** Sourcing and hiring in-house staff or subcontracted companies according to project requirements. * **Client relations:** Serving as the primary technical contact, attending site visits, and managing day-to-day client interactions. * **Financial control:** Managing billing processes through work certifications. * **Final delivery:** Ensuring commissioning of installations and final handover to full client satisfaction.
