Job Description: We are looking for a versatile professional with experience in plumbing, minor repairs, maintenance, and masonry work to join our team in Llucmajor. The selected candidate will be responsible for general facility maintenance, domestic repairs, and support in minor construction or renovation projects. Main Responsibilities: \- Carry out plumbing, masonry, and minor household repair tasks. \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. \- Identify and resolve malfunctions. \- Assist with painting, carpentry, and basic electrical tasks. \- Comply with safety and quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience in plumbing, maintenance, or masonry. Valid Class B driver's license. Ability to work independently and a positive attitude.
