Your shift usually starts in the evening and runs through the night. Your open and warm personality makes an immediate impression and makes every guest feel instantly welcome. As a Front Office team member, you coordinate guest arrivals and departures and carry out check-in and check-out procedures. You interact directly with our guests and serve as their first point of contact for compliments, feedback, or questions. With your empathetic and patient nature, you’re always happy to help — no matter the time of day. Additionally, you ensure smooth operations in both Front Office and Back Office and collaborate with tour operators and their representatives. Your goal is to make guests happy and ensure they enjoy a wonderful vacation at ROBINSON.
