Job Summary: We are seeking a metalworker for a metal industry plant in Gijón, with experience operating industrial machinery and overhead cranes, to perform production and auxiliary tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of industrial machinery: roll formers, presses, and bending machines. 2. Use of overhead cranes for transporting and positioning coils. 3. Participation in auxiliary tasks within the production process. We are looking for personnel to carry out metalworker duties at a metal industry plant located in Gijón. The job primarily involves operating industrial machinery—including roll formers, presses, and bending machines—as well as stacking the resulting parts. The use of an overhead crane is also required to transport and correctly position coils, along with performing other auxiliary tasks that may arise on-site during the production process. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday. The role operates on a rotating shift system, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts, covering a time window from 06:00 to 00:00, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive, dynamic individual with strong teamwork skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vocational training in Metalworking or equivalent.
