Job Description At MarSenses, we are looking to hire a Commis Cook for our MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa located in Palmanova, Mallorca. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food according to set menus and standards, paying attention to dish presentation and portioning. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper waste management in kitchens and storage areas; monitor temperatures, expiry dates, and product storage. * Collaborate with the kitchen team and ensure supply and replenishment in restaurants and buffets. * Organize and conduct live culinary demonstrations when assigned to show cooking. * Comply with hygiene, safety, HACCP, OSH, and PPE regulations, as well as the CARE program, sustainability policy, and SGA. What We Are Looking For: * Minimum one year of professional experience as a kitchen assistant in a hotel. * A higher vocational qualification in culinary arts or equivalent is desirable. * Knowledge of foreign languages is valued. * We seek a team-oriented, efficient, and communicative individual.
