Operational management and bar maintenance At Grupo Zazú Ibiza, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Bartender to join us. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in high-volume establishments. * Must have accommodation in Ibiza. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and service of cocktails, mixed drinks, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. * Welcoming customers, taking orders, and advising on beverage selection. * Monitoring liquor and supply stock levels, and managing restocking orders. * Ensuring compliance with current regulations and maintaining order and cleanliness at the bar. * Performing daily operational management of the position.
