If you seek an environment where your impact is tangible and your professional growth is assured… This opportunity is for you! **What will be your mission?** Lead, define, and govern the solution architecture and deployment models of the **Xylem Vue** product in international markets, ensuring proper integration with customers’ systems, technical excellence in project execution, and operational scalability of delivery across high-growth regions. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Define the **architecture and deployment strategy** for international projects, ensuring robust, scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap. * Lead and coordinate **IT architect teams and deployment teams**, ensuring consistent technical standards and execution quality. * Oversee the **design and deployment of hybrid architectures** (cloud and on\-premise), as well as data integration processes, ETLs, DW, and BI. * Act as the **senior technical reference** in strategic projects, resolving critical technical blockers and supporting pre-sales processes when required. * Ensure proper **integration of complex systems** (IT/OT), including SCADA environments, data platforms, and customers’ corporate systems. * Closely coordinate with **Product Management, Project Managers, commercial teams, and support**, ensuring alignment among product, execution, and customer needs. * Drive **continuous product improvement** based on feedback gathered from deployment projects. * Define and ensure compliance with **methodologies, technical standards, test plans, and documentation**. * Participate in **identifying resource requirements**, as well as in the selection, development, and retention of technical talent. * Ensure compliance with organizational **quality, information security, environmental, and occupational health and safety (SST) policies**. **Geographic Scope** * Regional responsibility for the **Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia**. * **Primary location: Doha (Qatar)** after a training period. * Willingness to undertake frequent international travel. **What will set you apart?** **Requirements and Experience** * University degree in **Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field**. * **10+ years of experience** in complex technology environments, including at least: + 8+ years in system architecture and integration. + 5+ years leading international delivery or deployment teams. * Demonstrable experience in **international projects** within emerging and multicultural markets. * Solid knowledge of: + Enterprise architectures and integration of heterogeneous systems. + Cloud and on\-premise environments. + Data integration, ETLs, DW, BI, and Big Data concepts. + Linux systems, containers, and security fundamentals. * Prior experience in sectors such as **utilities, critical infrastructure, smart cities, or industry** will be highly valued. **Fluent English** (working language). **✅****Key Competencies** * Technical leadership and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Decision-making capability in complex, high-pressure environments. * Strategic vision combined with execution orientation. * Excellent communication skills in multicultural contexts. * Ability to operate as a bridge between business, product, and technology.
