About the Role Are you eager to join our team and participate in a project within the Cloud and Custom Applications (CCA) business line, focused on application development? What will you do on the project? * Initial training on the ServiceNow platform, including key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Flow Designer. * Development of custom applications within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules. * Participation in the configuration and maintenance of service catalogs, workflows, and automations. * Support in functional analysis tasks, helping translate client requirements into technical solutions. * Incident resolution and implementation of minor enhancements under supervision from a senior consultant. * Work using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban): attendance at daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, retrospectives, etc. * Documentation of developments, configurations, and procedures. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (development, functional, QA) on real-world projects for multinational clients. Your Profile To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * Being a university undergraduate student (e.g., Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering) or a Higher Vocational Training student (e.g., DAM, DAW, or equivalent). * Basic knowledge of JavaScript and programming fundamentals. * Interest in low-code/no-code platforms and the technological consulting field. * Enthusiasm for learning about process automation and enterprise platforms. * Ability to work collaboratively and focus on problem-solving. * B2 level of English (not mandatory but valued). * Ability to sign a training agreement with your educational institution. * Availability during morning hours.
