




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to enhance daily operations and optimize logistical processes, driving digital transformation and automation through continuous improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement projects for efficiency and productivity. 2. Design and adjust logistical workflow processes, applying new technologies. 3. Experience with SAP (WM/MM) and LEAN methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and VSM. In Sant Boi de Llobregat, we are looking for someone to improve daily operations. The objective is to optimize our logistical processes, advancing digital transformation and automation. You will play a key role in continuously improving how we operate, leading projects to ensure everything runs more efficiently and productively. Your responsibilities will include designing and adjusting logistical workflows—from how materials move within our facilities to how we organize storage. You will also lead projects to automate tasks, improve ergonomics, digitize operations, and implement new technologies. You will manage budgets, oversee procurement, liaise with suppliers, and select optimal internal transport solutions. Your expertise will be essential in utilizing SAP—particularly the Warehouse Management and Materials Management modules—and managing core site information. Additionally, you will ensure smooth maintenance operations—both preventive and corrective—guaranteeing compliance with safety and comfort standards. You will closely monitor performance indicators and management actions to assess overall progress. A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transport and Logistics Sciences, or a related field is required, along with at least 3\-5 years of experience in logistical process improvement. Proficiency in LEAN methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and VSM is essential, as is hands-on experience with SAP (WM/MM). This is a temporary position, and the ability to operate independently from day one is highly valued. University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transport and Logistics Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in logistical process engineering or continuous improvement (Lean). Proven, solid experience as a Key User in SAP modules WM (Warehouse Management) and MM (Materials Management). Advanced knowledge and practical application of LEAN tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM). Ability to operate autonomously from the outset.
