Job Summary Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions? Join our Sourcing Centre of Excellence (CoE) as an Initiatives Governance \& Data Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing sourcing performance and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and enjoys working across complex sourcing initiatives to deliver high\-quality, data\-driven outcomes. Job Responsibilities 1\. Data Analysis \& Reporting* Conduct deep\-dive analyses to uncover root causes and recommend actions. * Develop dashboards and reports to visualize performance and strategic metrics. * Deliver insights that support strategic reviews and decision\-making. * Perform ad\-hoc analyses on initiatives and governance topics. 2\. Best Practices \& Tool Adoption* Design and monitor user adoption heatmaps. * Collaborate with sourcing regions to gather ideas and assess business impact. * Support the Head of Initiatives Governance \& Analytics in identifying gaps and improvement areas. 3\. Data Governance \& Quality Assurance* Ensure data integrity and consistency across initiative tracking systems. * Establish validation processes in collaboration with the Data CoE. * Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to align tools with governance needs. 4\. Sourcing Tools Optimization* Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify enhancement opportunities. * Partner with tool owners to implement improvements. * Recommend strategies to improve tool utilization and alignment with business goals. Required Skills and Experience* Strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills. * Ability to interpret and summarize complex datasets clearly. * Methodical, organized, and detail\-oriented mindset. * Proactive and self\-driven with problem\-solving capabilities. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship\-building skills. * Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Hands\-on experience with: * Tableau, Salesforce * SQL (Snowflake), Excel, PowerPoint or similar * Project tools (e.g., Jira) or similar * Advanced English (written and spoken). * Experience in: * Managing initiative\-related datasets and ensuring data integrity. * Automating workflows and integrating digital tools. * Travel distribution and technology (APIs, channel managers, tech houses). * Leading end\-to\-end processes and matrixed project teams. * Background in sourcing or supply chain management is a plus. * Familiarity with emerging technologies and travel industry nuances is a plus. * Ability to work within a Centre of Excellence model, balancing global consistency with regional needs.
