As a **Bar Assistant**, your mission will be to assist and support bartenders in all tasks related to customer service and smooth bar operations. ***What will be your duties and responsibilities?*** * Strictly comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and health regulations * Participate autonomously and responsibly in food and beverage sales service * Deliver correct and professional service at all times * Keep the dining area/bar/restaurant clean and tidy * Always ask before clearing to confirm whether the customer has finished * Prepare work areas for service * Collaborate in planning and executing special events (if applicable) * Clear the dining area at closing time (cleaning, mise en place for the next service, disposing of waste) * Keep the service pantry clean and organized * Collect orders from the storeroom and place them in their designated locations.
