At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** Implement the strategy for protection, surveillance, and promotion of physical, mental, and social health of individuals in the workplace, in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the guidelines issued by the Regional Technical Coordinator of the Healthcare Service. Identify occupational origins—as causal or aggravating factors—of known health impairments and promote the adoption of necessary preventive measures within the organization. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** * Maintain communication with the organizational structure and technical staff of the Healthcare Services (SP) at the centers; participate in Health and Safety Committees (CSS); and conduct workplace visits. * Manage nursing consultations and care, follow-up on Temporary Incapacity for Common Contingencies (ITCC), and coordinate with the Mutual Insurance Company regarding occupational contingencies (IT). * Conduct health examinations and collaborate in occupational health surveillance. * Promote health promotion and education programs, including physical and mental health campaigns, as well as occupational safety training. * Identify limitations affecting vulnerable workers and promote necessary adaptations in coordination with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and Human Resources (RRHH). * Provide nursing consultations (in-person and telemedicine), wound care and follow-up, medically supervised Paid Medical Leave (PMR), screening consultations, and assistance and recovery—including through internal or external resources—for individuals under voluntary collaboration arrangements who suffer an occupational contingency, including, under medical supervision, issuing medical leave and fitness-to-work certificates when required. **We offer you a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous professional development training. * Study grants for employees’ children. * In-house Medical Service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
