Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to reinforce our team, performing culinary preparations and maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Points: 1. Assist in the preparation of dishes and other culinary preparations. 2. Collaborate in maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. 3. Immediate incorporation with a fixed-term intermittent contract. **We are looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant to reinforce our kitchen team.** What will you do upon joining the team? * Prepare dishes for which you have received appropriate training. * Peel and cut food items for dishes being prepared by the chef. * Carry out basic preparations, as well as any other tasks related to culinary preparations assigned to you. * Weigh or measure portions. * Mix ingredients for sauces and prepare other simple meals (desserts, soups). * Assist the chef in serving dishes. * Ensure proper plating presentation so that dishes appear professional and appealing. * Maintain order and cleanliness. * Store utensils and food items once dish preparation is complete. * Manage and track food quantities. * Handle orders.
