This role will act as the **engine of organizational optimization**, combining structural redesign, process improvement, and the strategic adoption of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics as key levers for value creation. The selected candidate will serve as a key change agent, guiding the organization and its teams in adopting new organizational models, governance frameworks, and technologies—with tangible, measurable results in **efficiency, costs, productivity, and profitability**. **Key Responsibilities** * Optimization of organizational structures and improvement of staffing ratios. Simplification of organizational charts and clarification of responsibilities. * Rigorous and objective diagnosis of the current organizational and operational model, identifying efficiency gaps and margin improvement opportunities. * Analysis of structures and job descriptions, processes, and work models to identify optimization levers and margin enhancement opportunities. Redesign of processes, roles, and responsibilities to maximize performance and eliminate duplication or inefficiencies. * Drive the practical adoption of **AI-, automation-, and data analytics–based solutions** as enablers of efficiency. * Facilitate working sessions with executive and operational teams using an analytical, structured, results-oriented, and solution-focused approach. * Improvement of productivity per function and per employee. Define productivity and efficiency KPIs and monitor the economic impact of implemented initiatives. * Implementation of more agile, results-oriented governance models. * Lead **organizational change processes** associated with structural optimization, digital transformation, and AI implementation. * Implement new changes acting as the bridge between technical areas, business units, and people—ensuring strategic alignment. **Requirements** * **4–6 years of experience** in strategic or operations consulting, or in internal roles leading **organizational transformation projects**, structural redesign, evolution of operating models, and change management. * Demonstrable experience in initiatives focused on: * + Productivity improvement + Cost optimization + Operational efficiency enhancement + Implementation of advanced technology solutions (AI, automation, data analytics) * Knowledge of and **deep immersion in the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem**, understanding its practical application as a real lever for improving efficiency and profitability. * Proven experience in organizational transformation projects linked to restructuring and/or **digitalization** and/or **implementation of advanced technology solutions (AI, automation, data, etc.)**. * **Strong analytical capability**, with the ability to interpret organizational and operational data, generate objective diagnostics, and provide a structured perspective supporting strategic decision-making. * Experience in measuring economic impact and tracking efficiency KPIs. * High **negotiation and influencing skills** in complex environments. * Excellent **communication skills**. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * University degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Advanced level of English. * **Residency in Palma de Mallorca**, or firm commitment to establish residency there. **At Meliá, everyone is VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion* ***equal opportunities*** *for* ***women and men*** *in the workplace, backed by leadership commitment and aligned with the principles set forth in our Human Resources policies.
