You will work within a digital environment consisting of a website and mobile apps operating in over 25 markets, receiving millions of monthly visits. This environment includes several transactional flows where thousands of operations are performed daily and is one of the company’s core pillars. You will be part of the Customer Orchestration team, whose mission is to drive personalization and efficiency across digital channels through the use of data, audiences, and Martech tools. Our goal is to integrate and maximize the potential of various platforms (CDP, CMS, Marketing Automation, etc.), ensuring personalized and measurable experiences throughout the customer journey. You will join a new project based on Salesforce Data Cloud. We are looking for someone with technical education or experience in data or integrations who wants to transition into a role with product and digital business vision. We offer an ideal environment for learning and growth: you will participate in a ground-up implementation project, receive specific Salesforce training, and have mentoring during the first year to help you build a solid career in the data & martech field. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Support the technical implementation and integration of Salesforce Data Cloud, documenting processes and validating deliverables. * Act as the functional liaison between the vendor and different departments or teams involved in the utilization and exploitation of data. * Manage the operational use of the tool: audiences, activations, validations, incidents. * Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and consistency. * Analyze results and propose improvements in segmentation and information usage. * Train and become the internal reference expert for Data Cloud within the organization. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. * Hybrid work model (on-site and remote). * Workplace at our central offices in Llucmajor, Mallorca. * Flight tickets with our airline and partner airlines to travel to all our destinations with your family and friends. **Requirements:** --------------- **To succeed in this role, the following are essential:** * 2–3 years of experience in areas related to digital marketing, CRM, data, or business intelligence (BI). We will also consider profiles with IT or data backgrounds who are interested in applying their knowledge to marketing and customer management. * Familiarity with tools or environments that handle customer data, either through CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Airship, Braze), or BI solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). * Direct experience with all these tools is not required, but understanding their logic and how data is used within them is essential. * Basic knowledge of data models, ETL, or information flows (understanding how data moves between systems). * Ability to interpret dashboards or basic queries (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and business profiles. **Additionally, we will especially value:** * Experience in data integration or migration projects. * Prior experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar CDPs (Tealium, Segment, Adobe, Oracle, etc.). * Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related). * Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and analytics. * Experience in e-commerce or high-volume digital, multichannel environments. **About us** We are one of the leading airlines in the market and a member of the SkyTeam alliance.
