At INFÓRMATE, we are looking to incorporate an **Administrative Technician to manage training activities**, primarily professional certifications aimed at unemployed workers (AFD). If you wish to contribute to people's professional development, this could be your opportunity. **ON-SITE WORK at our Pontevedra center.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Administrative management and follow-up of training activities. * Coordination of documentation and communication with students and teaching staff. * Use of the Galician Government’s Occupational Training Information System (SIFO). * Monitoring and supervision of compliance with current requirements and regulations governing employment-related training. * Preparation of follow-up and evaluation reports. * Resolution of incidents related to training management. **Requirements:** * Effective communication skills and student-oriented approach. * Organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Proactivity and autonomy in task management. * Experience in public service and document management. * Advanced proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel). **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience in administrative management within Employment Professional Training. * Familiarity with SIFO functionality. * Knowledge of current regulations regarding Professional Certificates. **We Offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Stable employment contract. * Excellent working environment.
