Opportunity for permanent employment after the initial period We are looking for a candidate to work in the dispatch department, responsible for managing material dispatches in an industrial environment. Main duties include computerized control of delivery notes and orders using warehouse management software, as well as forklift operation to move goods within the warehouse. Flexibility to adapt to various shifts—such as split shifts or rotating morning and afternoon shifts—is highly valued. This position requires strong proficiency in warehouse management systems and office applications, particularly Excel, for inventory recording and tracking. Prior experience in warehouse operations within the industrial sector is essential, including previous responsibility for inbound and outbound logistics of products. Practical experience and capacity for rapid learning will be highly regarded. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of permanent employment following the initial period. Working hours may be full-time (09:00–17:00) or rotating shifts: morning shift (06:00–14:00) and afternoon shift (14:00–22:00). We seek an organized, proactive, and responsible individual. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar warehouse management roles, preferably within the industrial sector. Advanced proficiency in warehouse management software. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Valid forklift operator license and demonstrable forklift operation experience. Continuous training in logistics and inventory management is considered an advantage.
