




**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation projects, is seeking to hire 1 Supervisor – Aquarium Team Coordination (Mallorca) in Mallorca. **Work Location** -------------------- * Colonia de Sant Jordi (Mallorca), with travel across the entire island of Mallorca **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule daily work for the aquarium team. * Review and monitor daily water analysis parameters and filtration systems. Correct any detected anomalies if necessary. * Define weekly cleaning tasks for the diving team working on aquariums. * Review and update routine protocols according to evolving needs. * Manage work schedules for the aquarium team. * Cover absences within the aquarium team’s rotating shifts when required. * Perform routine aquarist duties (feeding, cleaning, water testing, etc.). * Update records on feeding charts, biological loads, food inventories, and materials, as well as data required for various conservation projects conducted at the center. * Respond to after-hours emergencies due to equipment failures or incidents in the aquariums. * Place orders and collect materials. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must provide proof by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the selection process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Internship documentation verifying the required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Bachelor's degree, BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, CFGS (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities) ### **Previous Experience** * At least 2 years of experience (professional or academic) working in public access aquariums ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Class B driver's license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training of at least 2000 hours in aquaculture and/or aquatic farming * Diving certification, minimum PADI Open Water or equivalent ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Prior experience (professional or academic) working in public access aquariums **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension if applicable and within the maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each type of contract.
