**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Technical Agricultural Engineers or Agricultural Engineers to participate in irrigation projects in Palma de Mallorca. **Workplace** -------------------- * Mallorca **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in drafting tender documents and contracts. * Support the site manager in construction layout and surveying. * Serve as liaison between the site manager and the works supervisor. * Draft projects and reports. * Monitor that construction work is being carried out in accordance with the project specifications. * Manage non-conformities arising during construction. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety measures, as well as requirements stipulated in the Safety and Health Plan (PGA). * Manage permits and authorizations for reclaimed water use by irrigation communities and public administration. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate fulfillment of the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Academic internship documentation verifying required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official university degree in Agricultural Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Agricultural Engineering, or a Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree linked to Agronomy or Agriculture (MECES levels 2 or 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license, category B. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in agronomy and/or agriculture. * Additional training in GIS and/or AutoCAD. #### **Languages** * Catalan: Level C1 ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Demonstrable prior experience (professional and/or academic) as a qualified professional. **Observations** ----------------- * Applications will be accepted from today, December 16, 2025, until December 22, 2025, at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
