**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in work related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 1 Foreman \- Pest Control (Mallorca). **Workplace** -------------------- * Mallorca **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Interpretation of cartographic data. * Assessment of various plant pests and diseases * Organization of phytosanitary pruning operations * Biological control of various pests * Planning of scheduled tasks * Control and maintenance of machinery * Recording of interventions using mobile applications * Monitoring and management of productivity * Supervision of assigned workers **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requiring additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachiller), Pre-University Course (BUP or COU), Vocational Training Level I (FP I), Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FP II), or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) qualification (or an equivalent qualification recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license * Education, knowledge, and/or experience (with employment contract and/or academic background) in forestry and/or agricultural fields. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Training in Construction (50 or 60 hours); equivalency may also be accepted via PRL training courses specified in the National Construction Collective Agreement. ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 month and 2 years’ experience in the functions required for this position (with employment contract and/or academic background) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Specific and/or complementary training of at least 2000 hours in the forestry and/or agricultural field. **Observations** ----------------- * The application period will remain open from today, 26/08/2026, until 09/09/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). OFFERED: + Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week + Fixed-term contract of approximately 3 months, with possible extension if applicable and respecting the maximum duration limits established under current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality.
