Assistance in supervising building control systems and asset management. * + **Technical Operations Support:** Collaborate in executing and monitoring the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for facilities, ensuring property comfort and quality standards. + **Efficiency and Sustainability:** Participate in energy consumption analysis (water, gas, electricity) and support the development of sustainability and resource optimization initiatives. + **Infrastructure Management:** Assist in supervising building management systems (BMS), as well as organizing assets, spare parts, and tools required for service delivery. + **Safety and Compliance:** Understand and apply industrial safety protocols and corporate Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSS&E) guidelines of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. + **Project Support:** Provide administrative and technical support in managing external vendors, reviewing drawings, and updating the hotel’s technical documentation.
