With over 20 years of experience as a handling services provider, Globalia is a benchmark in the airport sector, operating in more than 12 national airports where we provide ground handling services to the world's leading airlines. Reporting to the department management and based at our headquarters in Llucmajor, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring occupational risk prevention matters to ensure optimal operation across all the airports where we operate. Main responsibilities: * Conduct risk assessments in the areas of Safety, Ergonomics, Psychosociology, and Hygiene. * Carry out field visits for data collection and measurements required for risk assessments. * Develop the corresponding preventive action plans derived from each risk assessment. * Manage information and training on occupational risk prevention for various job positions. * Organize and conduct emergency and evacuation drills. * Perform monitoring activities related to working conditions. * Investigate work-related accidents and occupational diseases. * Participate in internal and external audits on prevention conducted within the company. * Participate in Health and Safety Committees. * Prepare documentation, attend, and provide advisory support during labor inspections. * Manage coordination of business activities. * Promote prevention within the company and its integration into operations. * Advise, manage, and monitor preventive activities. * Record and update documents and files resulting from the responsibilities of the prevention technician role. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher academic qualification: Bachelor's degree/Degree/Engineering. * Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention including the three technical specialties: Safety, Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Psychosociology. * Minimum of at least 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of ISO 45001; participation in internal and certification audits. * Availability to travel nationally to perform duties at the airports where we operate. * Initiative and motivation towards work. * Having a disability certificate of 33% or higher is desirable.
