Additionally, this person will serve as the reference for a **development team**, tasked with implementing management aligned with requirements defined by the client. The candidate will join our Tech discipline, led by **Carlos Cañado and Reinaldo Aguilera.** More than **350 Kairoseros and Kairoseras** belong to the Tech family at Kairós, delivering technological solutions across all project phases — from inception and product definition — working with various frameworks and ensuring solutions that are not only effective but also easy to use, maintain, and adapt to today’s evolving technology landscape. **Requirements** * Management of self-organized teams (agile framework). * Ability to identify project requirements and scope, and estimate them accordingly. * Capacity for self-organization and task prioritization. * Identification and mitigation of risks. * Performance evaluation tracking for team members. * Strong, clear, and effective communication skills. * Prior collaboration on digital payment systems or payment gateways. * Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience. * Knowledge of REST architectures and cloud-based microservices. * Basic AWS knowledge. * Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring Core, MVC, Security, Spring JPA Hibernate, JPA, Log4j/SLF4J. * Development of microservices using Java technology and multi-layer enterprise applications. * Basic CI/CD knowledge using Jenkins. * KPI management. Tools: JIRA. * Familiarity with payment platforms and payment methods. * Understanding of the acquirer flow.
