Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Supervisor or Site Manager to assume full responsibility for the execution, technical and economic management, planning, and organization of civil engineering projects. Detailed planning and organization of projects In Avilés (Asturias), we are looking for a Site Supervisor or Site Manager to assume full responsibility for the execution of civil engineering projects. Key responsibilities will include technical and economic management of construction works, as well as detailed planning and organization. Ensuring compliance with all applicable Occupational Health and Safety regulations is essential. Proven experience in construction project management is required, having held roles such as Site Manager or Site Supervisor. A university degree is preferred; alternatively, at least one year of specific experience as a Site Supervisor on earthworks projects will be valued. A valid Category C driving license is mandatory. This position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract. Remuneration will be determined in accordance with the applicable Construction Industry Collective Agreement.
