Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Mechanical Engineer to prepare tenders, supervise projects, coordinate teams, and monitor construction works. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and follow-up of tenders for construction projects We require a candidate to fill an Industrial Mechanical Engineering position at a company located in Andorra. A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification is essential for this role. Additionally, at least one year of prior experience in similar functions is required. A valid Category B driving license and the ability to commute to the workplace in Andorra are mandatory. Proficiency in computer applications—including Microsoft Office—and familiarity with software such as AutoCAD will be considered advantageous. The main responsibilities include preparing and monitoring tenders for construction contracts, in close collaboration with the technical team and direct supervisor. The role also entails full supervision of project execution, ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines, quality standards, and applicable regulations. The candidate will manage coordination of on-site work teams—including technical personnel and subcontractors—and oversee materials, resources, and machinery to optimize their utilization. Finally, progress monitoring of construction works and preparation of technical reports for management—strictly applying safety measures—will be required. The offered contract is permanent, with full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00. Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
