Job Summary: We are seeking a dishwasher to ensure the cleaning and disinfection of cookware and utensils, while also supporting general kitchen cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the cleaning and disinfection of kitchenware and cooking utensils. 2. Keep washing areas, kitchens, and storage areas clean and tidy. 3. Collaborate with the kitchen team on basic tasks. We are looking to hire a Dishwasher to strengthen our kitchen team. Your mission will be to ensure all cookware and utensils are clean and ready for use, while also supporting general kitchen cleaning. **What will you do upon joining the team?** * Wash, disinfect, and store dishes, glasses, cutlery, trays, and other kitchenware. * Clean pots, pans, saucepans, stockpots, gastronorm containers, and cooking utensils. * Operate the dishwashing line and cleaning equipment correctly. * Maintain cleanliness and order in washing areas, kitchens, cold rooms, floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces. * Remove, sort, and manage waste, keeping recycling points clean and organized. * Restock cleaned kitchenware across various production and service areas. * Use cleaning chemicals correctly, following safety regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team on basic tasks when required and authorized. * Report any malfunctions, breakages, or incidents related to equipment or facilities. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures. **What do we value in this position?** * Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchens is desirable. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high work pace. * Good physical condition to stand for extended periods and handle loads. * Organized, responsible, punctual, and team-oriented individual. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food handling regulations.
