Identify and analyze significant variances, proposing and implementing effective corrective actions to realign performance and optimize results. * **Forecasting and Scenario Analysis:** Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess the viability and impact of new projects, strategic investments, market expansions, and other growth initiatives. Provide scenario analyses to support senior management decision-making. **2\. Executive Reporting and Comprehensive Management Control:** * **Executive Reports:** Prepare and deliver high-quality periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual). These reports—including intuitive and customized dashboards—will be addressed to senior management, providing a clear and concise overview of the company’s financial and operational performance. * **Accounting Oversight and Regulatory Compliance:** Validate and supervise accounting closings, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information. Guarantee strict compliance with the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) and all applicable legal and tax regulations in Spain. * **KPI Definition and Monitoring:** Establish, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), both operational and financial, tailored to sector-specific characteristics and the company’s strategic goals. Use these KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities. **3\. Treasury and Financial Management:** * **Treasury Management:** Oversee daily treasury operations, optimizing cash flows, managing liquidity, and ensuring sufficient funds to meet operational and investment needs. * **Relationship with Financial Institutions:** Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and other financial institutions, negotiating terms and identifying optimal financing options. * **Cost and Profitability Analysis:** Conduct detailed cost, margin, and profitability analyses by product, business line, or customer, delivering key insights for strategic decision-making and efficiency enhancement. **4\.
