Job Summary: We are seeking a Bellboy to support guest service from hotel arrival through departure, handling luggage and providing customized services. Key Highlights: 1. Stable position (summer season) INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-known hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing active expansion. Your primary role within the company will be to support guest service from hotel check-in through check-out, assisting guests with luggage, baggage, personal belongings, and other customized services (e.g., taxis, transfers), all performed in accordance with established quality and efficiency guidelines. This vacancy is for our Insotel Tarida Beach Resort & Spa, located in Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Ibiza. Your main responsibilities will include: * Welcoming guests upon their arrival at the hotel. * Managing, storing, and transporting guests’ luggage to their rooms and collecting it during check-out. * Accompanying guests to their rooms and explaining the operation of lights, air conditioning, and various guest services. * Handling guest requests and forwarding them to the relevant department. * Collaborating with security personnel to monitor unauthorized individuals on hotel premises. * Parking guests’ vehicles. * Controlling access doors for suppliers. * Other duties within the department.
