Responsibilities:* Prepare, cook, and plate food following established recipes and standards. * Supervise the quality of ingredients and products used, ensuring their freshness and proper storage. * Monitor and maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, complying with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize work processes and timing. * Attend to special customer needs, such as dietary requirements or food allergies, ensuring guest safety. * Maintain a proactive and positive attitude, contributing to a good working environment within the team. What are we looking for?* Proven experience of at least two years as a chef in 4-star or higher restaurants and/or hotels. * A qualification as a Technical Chef or equivalent is desirable. * Language skills, preferably English, are valued. * Knowledge of products, allergens, food preparation techniques, tools, among others. * Knowledge in waste management and pastry is an advantage. * Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
