JOB DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible for the management of email marketing channel for our clients, ensuring the optimization of the channel as well as for supporting Loyalty Consulting projects. Responsibilities* Managing and configurating the Email Marketing tool * Managing Email Marketing for our clients (triggers, campaigns, content, trackings…) * Making a monthly report to analyze the Email Marketing KPI’s * Supporting the Loyalty Consulting projects Skills* High quality written and verbal communication skills * Organizational skills * Analytical skills * Interested on continuous improvement and learning Experience* Previous experience in Email Mkt tools * Previous experience in communication * Good English level * Previous experience in Email Mkt tools. * Previous experience in communication. * Good English and Spanish level. * Previous experience working in Hotel Chains or like a key account with travel companies.
