Will you help us?** From **RAS Group Spain**, we are recruiting an **HR TECHNICIAN** for our office in **ALZIRA**. We are looking for a candidate with a Higher Education Degree or University qualification in Psychology, Labor Relations and/or HR. Minimum one year of experience handling tasks such as contract management, social security registrations, payroll processing, invoicing, medical leave procedures (ITs), among other typical departmental responsibilities. Additionally, your primary responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to match candidates with companies. This includes publishing job offers, screening resumes, conducting telephone, digital, and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports, and follow-up. Beyond specializing as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily client interaction, advisory services, and client retention. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** You must be passionate about human resources and have at least one year of experience in a similar position. Higher Education Degree or University qualification; preference given to degrees in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Law. Highly client- and service-oriented individual. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Immediate availability to start.
