We are seeking a **Junior Technician for support in the administration and operation of OBS tools**, executing procedural tasks, registration, documentation, and basic team support. **Conditions** --------------- * Permanent contract * Hybrid working model (1\-2 days on-site at client premises) * Work location: **Barcelona** * Full-time schedule **Your Responsibilities** --------------- * **Provide support for operational procedures** and basic administrative tasks related to service tools. * **Register, update, and track tasks, incidents, requests, and evidence.** * Collaborate on operational documentation and review of simple configurations. * **Escalate incidents** or queries following established procedures. * Work alongside the operations and technical specialist teams. * Participate in training initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
