**THE PROJECT TO BE DEVELOPED:**
Provide comprehensive care for women’s sexual, reproductive, and maternal health, including pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Deliver individualized care using a systematic and organized approach.
Collect and analyze data to assess the user’s health status and describe her capabilities and/or problems.
* Provide care to the mother during diagnosis, monitoring, and assistance throughout normal pregnancy, childbirth, and puerperium, as well as care for the newborn.
* Early detection of risk factors and health issues in the mother-infant dyad, carrying out diagnostic, monitoring, referral, and follow-up activities—and, if necessary, implementing appropriate emergency measures.
* Develop and participate in maternal and child health programs, women’s health programs, and sexual and reproductive health programs.
* Deliver appropriate health education targeted at women, families, and communities, identifying learning needs related to maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, and the climacteric period.
* Promote a positive experience and responsible attitude toward sexuality within the population, and provide counseling on contraception.
* Practice evidence-based clinical care.
Work and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Nursing degree (Diploma / Bachelor’s degree).
* **Specialist qualification in obstetric-gynecological nursing (Midwifery).**
* Possession of competencies aligned with our institutional values.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Experience managing critically ill obstetric and gynecologic patients.
* Catalan: level C or equivalent.
* English: oral and written comprehension.
