It is part of the international Cubic33Group, with extensive experience in turnkey construction of industrial and logistics buildings, refrigerated warehouses, and temperature-controlled facilities. **POSITION** We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Technician to support our construction and industrial implementation projects across Spain. Responsible for promoting, supervising, and implementing occupational health and safety policies on our construction sites, working closely with production teams, safety coordinators, subcontractors, and clients — ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a genuine preventive culture across all our projects. This position is open to both junior profiles with development potential and senior profiles with proven on-site experience. Location: Barcelona or Madrid. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervision and control of occupational health and safety conditions on construction sites. * Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring Safety and Health Plans. * Verification of compliance with applicable OHS regulations for each project. * Conducting periodic inspections and site visits. * Coordinating and accompanying safety and health coordinators during site visits. * Participating in internal and external audits. * Identifying hazards and proposing preventive and corrective measures. * Monitoring implementation of preventive measures by in-house teams and subcontracted companies. * Preparing follow-up reports, safety records, and safety performance indicators. * Document control for personnel, machinery, auxiliary equipment, and subcontractors. * Delivering induction talks, preventive training, and awareness campaigns. * Investigating and tracking incidents, accidents, and preventive observations. * Supporting the operations team to ensure compliance with corporate occupational health and safety standards. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Permanent contract. * Company vehicle. * Per diems and travel expenses. * Continuous training. * Excellent working environment. **WHY JOIN US?** Joining CBC CONSTRUCCIÓN means treating every project as a unique moment — building together structures we are proud of, helping change the world. Minimum Requirements **Education** * Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention or equivalent qualification. * Accredited training in applicable preventive specialties. * Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is desirable. * Sector-specific training in construction. **Experience** * Candidates from junior to senior levels will be considered. * Prior experience in construction, building, industrial, or retail projects will be viewed favorably. * Knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation. **Competencies** * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to work in dynamic environments managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication skills with site teams, clients, and subcontractors. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to implement a collaborative, field-based leadership-driven preventive culture. **Additional Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license. * Willingness to travel frequently across mainland Spain. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * English language proficiency is desirable.
