Job Summary: Som Llar is seeking lawyers for immigration and social services, offering comprehensive legal counseling and support for residential inclusion of vulnerable individuals. Legal assistance in family law and gender-based violence Som Llar is an organization dedicated to guaranteeing the right to housing for all individuals, with special emphasis on activating and accompanying processes of empowerment and residential inclusion for those facing heightened social vulnerability—particularly due to gender-related reasons. We aim to become a reference provider of residential and social support services, promoting individuals’ capacities and autonomy. **We are opening a pool to recruit** lawyers (Immigration and Social Law specialization) to cover future services, vacancies, and temporary reinforcements. In particular, we seek profiles prepared to provide support in the coming months amid the extraordinary regularization process and other organizational needs. **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensive legal counseling in immigration matters. * Processing of regularization and immigration files. * Legal assistance in family law and gender-based violence. * Legal guidance on housing matters. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. * Active membership in a bar association with at least one year of professional experience. * Prior experience in legal counseling, especially in immigration law. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Additional specialized training in Immigration Law. * Demonstrated knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR). * Familiarity with housing law and family law. * Language skills (especially those useful for the population served). **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Inclusion in our preferred candidate pool for future hiring and collaborations. * Opportunity to participate in high-social-impact projects. **CONDITIONS:** **Social Action Agreement with children, youth, families, and others at risk of social exclusion in Catalonia** **Salary:** €25,541.60 gross annual (full-time) **Workplace:** Barcelona / Terrassa **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Contract Type:** To be determined **Start Date:** To be determined
