




Job Summary: Reporting to the Fishmongery Manager, you will be responsible for receiving, displaying, and handling fish, ensuring quality and freshness. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of knife handling and fishmongery equipment As part of the store team and reporting to the Fishmongery Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Daily receipt of goods (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon entry. * Displaying fish and arranging the counter in the most attractive manner possible. * Restocking products and materials used in preparation and sale (ice, bags, paper, labels, etc.). * Placing fish in trays (tray-packing) and performing product handling. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising fish-handling tools and equipment, as well as maintaining facilities (chill rooms and drains).
