Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Kitchen Assistant to support the Head Chef and team with pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes at The Hoxton, Poblenou. Key Highlights: 1. Be part of a team that values passion for hospitality. **Company Description** **We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join The Hoxton, Poblenou team!** The Hoxton, Poblenou is located in Barcelona and is our 11th Hoxton hotel. The hotel features 240 rooms of varying sizes, a large restaurant — Four Corners — with The Slice Shop and the Bodega, the rooftop taqueria Tope with pool, a vast underground event space, and The Apartment (our exclusive meetings and events concept). Four Corners brings the energy and attitude of New York — serving fast, thick-crust Detroit-style pizza at The Slice Shop, or lighter Italo-American inspired dishes perfect for long lunches or late-night dinners paired with cocktails and natural wine. Tope is our rooftop taqueria with panoramic views of Barcelona, serving bold Mexican-inspired flavors and spirited cocktails.
