The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring staff timekeeping, managing clock-in incidents, and providing basic technical support for IT equipment and corporate telephony, contributing to the proper functioning of the service’s technological tools. This position requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and skills to manage incidents involving staff in high-volume personnel environments. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring and reviewing staff attendance and working hours records. * Identifying and managing clock-in and timekeeping incidents. * Supporting staff in using technological tools and attendance control systems. * Managing corporate IT equipment and telephony (distribution, maintenance, and assignment registration). * Controlling inventory and stock of technological devices. * Resolving basic technical incidents and coordinating with external support when necessary. * Preparing attendance, absenteeism, and incident-tracking reports. **We Offer** * Immediate incorporation. * Integration into a stable and dynamic team. * A collaborative work environment. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education in Administration, Computer Science, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel, databases, and timekeeping software. * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and corporate telephony. * Experience in administrative tasks and personnel support. * Organizational ability, incident resolution skills, and communication skills.
